To the Seller:
- Place property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and promote the property to other Realtors and Real Estate Brokers and Buyers
- Provide the Seller with a current Competitive Market Analysis of the property to assist Seller in deciding the "List Price" of the property
- Schedule appointments to see the home or condo
- Make a plan to attract Buyers
- Explain all details and paperwork
- Make a negotiation strategy
- Help the Seller complete all paperwork when Seller accepts an "Offer"
- Keep the Seller posted as to the progress of the Purchase Contract Agreement
- Be there at Closing to assist Seller and make sure there is a smooth "Closing"
